Many look at the state of the world and wonder what God is going to do about all the trouble near and far. The New Testament is pretty clear with God’s plan to meet the needs of the world and how his love will be spread for transformation to take place. Jesus’ plan was to send the Holy Spirit to empower his followers. We then would use our God given talents and passions to transform the world. This Thanksgiving weekend, let the Apostle Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 12:12-20, encourage us to serve the church and the world.
