God's Leading...We're Reaching out to Expand God's Ministries...Growing for God's Glory.
Mission and Vision Our mission at the
Funding/Donations
Springville First United Methodist Church is funded by donations of money, time, talent and goods. Two separate financial programs, one for operating expenses guided by our Ministry Action Plan, and one for the building expansion expense, are supported by tax-deductible donations. Tithing, sacrificial giving, and stewardship are terms used to describe the approach to funding.
“God’s Leading…We’re Reaching” was the 2000-2002 theme for the expansion of our building necessary to allow for growth of our opportunities for ministry.
“Reaching Out to Expand God’s Ministries” was the 2003-2005 theme as we added programs and other ministries.
"Growing for God's Glory" is the 2006-9 theme as we pay down the mortgage and continue to expand as God leads us.
