Funding/Donations  

Springville First United Methodist Church is funded by donations of money, time, talent and goods.  Two separate financial programs, one for operating expenses guided by our Ministry Action Plan, and one for the building expansion expense, are supported by tax-deductible donations.  Tithing, sacrificial giving, and stewardship are terms used to describe the approach to funding.

Membership:

Baptized Christians become members of Springville United Methodist Church by confirmation, profession of faith, or transfer of membership.  Very few leadership positions require church membership.  The pastor holds informational meetings several times a year for people interested in learning more about membership and the ministries of the church.
